Shopper Insights Client Associate

About the Role

As a Shopper Insights Client Associate, you'll help transform customer and shopper data into actionable recommendations for clients. Working alongside experienced client and insight leaders, you'll support the delivery of analysis, presentations and strategic recommendations that help clients make better decisions across areas such as category growth, shopper behaviour, customer engagement and commercial performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with client interaction, using data and storytelling to influence business decisions and create measurable impact.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in supporting client relationships and delivering high-quality shopper insight projects from brief to recommendation.

• Delivering analysis and insight that helps answer key client business questions
• Supporting the creation of compelling presentations and client-ready recommendations
• Managing project timelines, data requests and day-to-day deliverables across multiple priorities
• Building strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Contributing to workshops, insight reviews and strategic discussions that drive client value

What We're Looking For

You'll bring curiosity about shoppers and consumers, alongside a desire to use data to solve business challenges.

• Experience analysing data and translating findings into clear business recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• Commercial awareness and an interest in retail, consumer behaviour or customer strategy
• Collaborative working style and enthusiasm for learning within a fast-paced client environment
