About the Role

We're looking for a talented Mobilisation Senior Lead who expects more from their career. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in deploying one of dunnhumby's leading Loyalty and Personalisation platforms across global retail clients.
 
Working within the Loyalty & CRM organisation, you'll partner with Product, Engineering, client stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful platform implementation, adoption and ongoing optimisation. You'll bring together business priorities, technical requirements and delivery timelines to create a seamless client experience while driving executional excellence throughout the mobilisation process.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead complex client deployments from mobilisation through to successful launch, acting as a trusted partner for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with client, partner and internal teams to understand priorities, constraints and implementation requirements.
  • Lead the successful deployment of the Loyalty and Personalisation platform, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams and client stakeholders.
  • Configure and support platform set-up, campaigns and client-specific requirements aligned to documented business needs.
  • Develop implementation documentation, training materials and enablement programmes for both clients and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, sharing best practice and supporting operational excellence across the product organisation.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys combining technology, customer engagement and programme delivery to create successful outcomes for clients.
  • Experience delivering technology platform implementations, product deployments or large-scale business change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial and client-facing environments.
  • Confidence navigating complex delivery programmes while balancing priorities, risks and timelines.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions and platform configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential, as the role involves regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
