Our Corporate teams are critical to enabling dunnhumby’s growth and success. They provide the expertise, governance and operational support that help our business run effectively, ensuring our teams can deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, colleagues and partners across the globe.

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to support the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions that help our colleagues and our clients build capability.
The role will support the wider L&D team across learning design, content development, learning technology, and learning operations, working closely with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Apply learning models, frameworks, and technologies to design effective, high-quality learning experiences
• Create learning solutions for web-based learning, instructor-led and virtual workshops
• Support the development of AI-enabled learning experiences, including chatbots 
• Support learning operations and coordination activities
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders

Education, Experience & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience using learning and creative tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, MS Office, Figma) and applying learning frameworks such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick
• Experience with LMS, LXP, and web-based learning platforms, with a basic understanding of APIs, system integrations
• Experience analysing learning feedback, data and reports to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Good to have:
• Exposure to chatbot development using Node.js and Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)
• Exposure to HTML-based course development
