Casino Manager - Italy

The Casino Manager will take charge of all things online casino vertical management for our Italian business. It will include setting and directing strategy from an operational and marketing standpoint and handling the day-to-day content on all the casino sites.

The Casino Manager will also act on behalf of the company in interactions with other casino stakeholders, such as game makers and providers. We expect this person to reflect the values of the company within every interaction, maintaining healthy relationships, negotiating deals and being the voice between our ever-growing casino product and the stakeholders that influence it.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Manage and deliver strategy for the casino product, including; driving content, managing relationships with key industry stakeholders, and maximising key opportunities within the casino product
  • Drive the strategy in relation to content being displayed on site
  • Make decisions based on analytics and data surrounding the casino product
  • Monitor performance, promotional activity and content through analysis, driving product changes or updates as a result
  • Use data to identify opportunities to enhance turnover within the product
  • Work with the CRM and Acquisition team to maximise casino revenues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all casino stakeholders such as account managers from current providers, new providers and industry professionals
  • Negotiate deals and commission rates with current and potential providers

Essential experience:

  • 5+ years working in the casino sector 
  • 3+ years customer/account management experience 
  • 2+ years management experience

Essential qualities or behaviours:

  • Management knowledge and experience
  • Casino Gambling knowledge
  • Account manager/Customer Service experience 
  • Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments
  • An eye for detail, enhancing the experience of customers through top-line communication and content
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • Detail-oriented and well organized. You know how to prioritize, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
  • You are able to manage complexity and to progress with several tasks at a time.
