The Casino Manager’s role is responsible for supporting commercial and regulatory processes, managing casino integrations and partnerships, and leading the operational day-to-day across both general and regulated markets.
With a hands-on approach, you will take ownership of contract processes, invoicing, and provider onboarding, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.

What you will do:
- Assist with reviewing and managing casino-related contracts and agreements.
- Support the team with contract negotiations, leveraging industry knowledge and experience.
- Take ownership of the invoicing and approval process for all casino-related services and providers.
- Conduct commercial reviews of incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Manage ongoing relationships with casino providers, including operational onboarding, integration, and maintenance. This includes ongoing relationship management with providers based overseas.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations for regulated markets, ensuring compliance and coordination with internal regulatory teams.
- This role may include managerial responsibilities for a small team, subject to organisational requirements.
- Lead provider integration processes from initial scoping to go-live, liaising with relevant departments.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations for improvements across systems and workflows.
- Act as the central point of contact for all casino operations issues, working cross-functionally to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Casino to drive strategic initiatives, support departmental goals, and ensure alignment across all operational activities.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Casino or iGaming operations.
- Experience working with contracts and commercial agreements.
- Previous exposure to regulated market environments.
- Strong understanding of casino integrations and third-party provider management.
- Experience in invoice review, approval workflows, and commercial negotiations.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Tableau & Notion
