Your role with us:
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will drive continuous improvement to ensure our recruitment function is future-ready. Leading initiatives in process optimisation, digitisation and change management, you’ll leverage governance and data insights to streamline workflows, promote inclusive hiring, and deliver training and communications that empower hiring teams and elevate service delivery.
Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:
- Lead and support operating model changes and change management initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Own and maintain governance of the end-to-end recruitment process, including process mapping, documentation, compliance, adherence and ongoing change management.
- Identify and drive opportunities to digitise, automate and streamline recruitment processes, removing inefficiencies, standardising practices and building team capability and capacity.
- Lead the review and enhancement of recruitment policies, maintain recruitment-related content across internal channels, and design and deliver recruitment communications, tools and training for both Talent Partners and hiring leaders.
- Apply a DEI lens to all process reviews and improvements, actively identifying and eliminating barriers to inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Leverage data and insights to identify challenges, monitor process effectiveness and provide recommendations that improve recruitment efficiency, quality, and hiring manager experience.
- Lead projects focused on improving recruitment processes, technology and service delivery, ensuring smooth transition from project phase to operational execution.
What you will bring:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including executive, lateral and early careers hiring.
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition process improvements or transformation projects, including technology or vendor implementations.
- Demonstrated success in problem solving, process reengineering and change management that has delivered measurable improvements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to design impactful presentations for senior audiences and analyse and present data effectively.
- Experience using process mapping tools such as Visio (or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior and executive leaders.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Certification (or equivalent) in project management
- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
