Legal Senior Analyst - Brazil
As a Legal Senior Analyst in Brazil, you will be responsible for the support and development of the different matters around the Brazilian legal needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, marketing deals, and tech-related contracts;
- Provide day-to-day legal support to business areas such as product, marketing, tech, CRM, and payments;
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Brazil relevant to betting, consumer law, data protection, advertising, and commercial practices;
- Support the creation and revision of internal policies and frameworks, ensuring alignment with risk-based decision-making;
- Coordinate with external law firms and advisors on litigation, regulatory inquiries, and complex legal demands;
- Assist in the preparation of legal responses, notices, and other communications to public authorities;
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and training sessions on legal and regulatory topics;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new features, promotions, and partnerships in a legally sound manner.
What you will bring:
- Must be proficient in English and have excellent comms skills, both written and verbal;
- Law degree and active OAB;
- 4+ years of experience in corporate legal departments or law firms;
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, especially in tech, media, or digital environments;
- Solid knowledge of Brazilian civil and consumer law, data protection, and advertising regulations;
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in risk-oriented environments with changing levels of contingency.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Familiarity with legal tech tools, compliance platforms, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI);
- Experience with regulated industries (e.g., fintech, betting, media, entertainment);
- Experience dealing with external counsel and regulatory authorities;
- iGame experience.
