
Senior Risk and Ethics & Integrity Analyst

As a Senior Risk and Ethics & Integrity Analyst, you will play a key role in Governance, Risk, and Compliance topics, contributing to the company’s Whistleblowing Channel, ESG Program processes, training and awareness initiatives, responses to external due diligence, and the strengthening of EBANX’s anti-corruption and anti-bribery practices.
This role involves working closely with teams across the company, demonstrating how a risk-based approach can support and strengthen the way EBANX operates — through well-governed processes aligned with EBANX’s values and fully compliant with internal policies and guidelines.

Your day-to-day impact:
- Support the management of EBANX Helpline (our official channel for reporting complaints) and of internal investigations;
- Support on training and awareness demands related to relevant topics mapped by the Global Risk & Compliance area, as well as monitoring related indicators;
- Support in the preparation of material for Risk Committees and follow up on the action plans;
- Support processes of the EBANX ESG Program;
- Assist in completing external due diligence demands;
- Act in anti-bribery and corruption demands and identify possible conflicts within EBANX's actions.
Must-haves to shine in this role:
- Risk Management, Compliance and/or Corporate Governance experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;
- Be communicative, autonomous and proactive;
- Excellent written and verbal English skills;
- Team player mindset;
- Feel able to influence and disseminate the Compliance and Risk cultures.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in managing corporate hotlines and being part of internal investigations;
- Background in payment institutions, acquirers, card schemes or financial institutions;
- Good written and verbal Spanish skills;
- Experience with the theme of sustainability and ESG.
