What your day-to-day will look like

 

 

  • Provide customer support via email and phone, addressing questions and resolving inquiries;

  • Develop a deep understanding of all our products and stay continuously updated alongside the team;

  • Monitor performance metrics and create action plans to achieve the goals defined with the team;

  • Optimize existing processes within the area and design new ones whenever necessary.

 

 

What you need to shine in this role

 

 

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate genuinely with others;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly;

  • Empathy and customer-oriented approach;

  • Previous experience providing support via phone and email.

  • Strong commitment and persistence;

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong #TamoJunto (team-first, collaborative) mindset;

  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks with a results-oriented and autonomous approach;
