What your day-to-day will look like

Daily Operations: Update daily balances and bank statements; execute Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR) and Treasury routines under supervision.

Systems & Processes: Perform uploads and standardized routines (SAP, files, reports, and support to other teams); manage your own banking access permissions.

Month-End Closing: Support monthly closing activities by preparing datasets and posting entries in ERP/SAP.

Documentation & Compliance: Organize and archive supporting documentation for account openings and operations; prepare documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

Reporting & Controls: Update cash flow control spreadsheets and basic KPI reports; support vendor registration processes.

Continuous Improvement: Execute existing automations, report system instabilities, and proactively seek improvements for team processes.

 

What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Previous experience in regional or global environments.
• Knowledge of SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and project management tools.
• Experience in fintechs, payment companies, or technology-driven organizations.
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and automation tools applied to productivity, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Ability to use specialized tools for data analysis and visualization in medium-complexity tasks.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
• Languages: intermediate English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities; attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume tasks (high precision in reconciliations).
• Execution-oriented mindset, critical thinking, proactive learning attitude, and problem-solving skills. Curiosity to learn about the payments market.
• Communication & Growth: openness to feedback and proactive attitude to understand the “why” behind routine tasks. Results-oriented, ensuring high-quality deliveries within deadlines.

 

Nice-to-have qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Alteryx or other low-code tools.
• Analytical mindset focused on supporting decision-making.
• Continuous learning attitude and willingness to stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
