Logistics Analyst

 
Position Overview: 

EcoATM Gazelle is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. The Logistics Analyst strongly contributes to the quality and effectiveness of the Launch and Logistics team in their role in the rapid expansion of ecoATM kiosks to new markets. This includes monitoring timelines to ensure timely execution and tracking of kiosks at the designated locations and removal or relocation of kiosks as dictated by business needs. The position is responsible for reviewing processes and activities relating to the launch, deployment (new installs and swaps), support, removal and redeployment of ecoATM kiosks and providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create/ document, edit, and maintain procedures, processes and workflows related to the kiosk launch process; to include the movement, tracking, and shipping of kiosks
  • Review and update SOPs on an annual basis
  • Monitor and audit schedules and budgets relating to operations logistics activities, consistently ensuring performance to forecast/installation plan
  • Manage the relationship, performance (SLAs) and cost of storage and transportation partners
  • Responsible for logistics team training of new deployment coordinators and cross training of current members. Knowledgeable in all aspects of deployment process
  • Coordinates and oversees the logistics of international import/ export shipments and communication with forwarder, overseas agent, and project managers
  • Manage the workflow/cases in Salesforce
  • Participates in planning logistics strategies and establishing standard logistics processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with business partners and act as logistics liaison in client engagement and presentations in support of new or existing business opportunities and define / communicate logistics capabilities and solutions for customers
  • Execute installation, relocation and removal processes for kiosks; track installation time and quality, identify and implement process improvements based on business/customer feedback and quality issues
  • Escalation point of contact for resolving issues during installation/delivery
  • Serve as the main focal point for storage and transportation providers
  • Coordinate issue resolution with providers and colleagues, provide status reports, and processing of invoices
  • Lead in the continuous tracking of the condition and location of kiosks in storage; ensuring kiosks are in the best locations considering cost factors and need to access for refurbishment and re-use
  • Create, configure and oversee the maintenance of uploading sites location/ creating placement and kiosk records using ecoATM designated software tools including Salesforce and WebPortal
  • Ensure and be responsible for the accuracy of documented kiosk locations, schedules, and audit that added explanatory notes are complete
  • Collaborate with Sales Team, Machine Support, PSE’s, and other departments to identify and promptly resolve issues related to kiosk placement (e.g., electrical issues, poor lighting, obstructions, customer abuse)
  • Coordinate resolution with store management, internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Coordinate with store/mall management to resolve issues and ensure optimal kiosk placement and environment to include pre-installation activities as well as issues that occur after installation
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by manager in addition to the responsibilities of Logistics Specialist position

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with store managers or remote customers to resolve issues
  • 2+ years of experience import/ export freight forwarding
  • 2+ years of experience with case management tools; Salesforce preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrates high-level of oral and written communication skills, including comfort with presentations to executives
  • Attention to detail, proactive communication and ability to communicate effectively cross functionally
  • Demonstrates a high-level of computer literacy, including proficiency in web-based software applications and office productivity applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask/ prioritize, and organization skills
  • Exhibits passion for interacting in a positive and creative manner with customers, team members, and stakeholders. Able to develop productive partnerships with new individuals and organizations
  • Ability to remain composed under high-pressure and balance conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, making judgement calls as needed to ensure the best outcome for the business

Compensation: $55,000
 
Location: Louisville, KY (onsite) 

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.

This position may also be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
