
Associate Technical Product Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Technical Product Manager to join our Platform team. In this role, you will manage our document automation platform service and its associated components, including a template design solution that leverages XSL, Microsoft Workflow Foundation and event-based solutions that leverage Microsoft Power Automate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the development and management of the document automation cloud service
- Manage the on-premises document automation template design solution utilizing Microsoft Workflow Foundation
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and roadmaps
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements
- Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials
- Assist in the creation of product marketing strategies and materials
- Provide support to product, sales and customer service teams to address related inquiries and issues
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role
- Strong understanding of document generation, automation, and distribution technologies, including knowledge of solutions including Microsoft Workflow Foundation, Aspose, Saxon, and XSL is a plus
- Understanding of Azure technologies including Azure Functions and the Power Platform is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher (CEFR), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats
