The Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive – Global Sales to accelerate our international customer growth. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, and helping organizations unlock the power of Emergent Labs’ AI products. This is a high-energy, consultative sales role where you’ll partner closely with the leadership and product teams to shape how our solutions reach customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Build a deep understanding of customer pain points and position Emergent Labs’ AI offerings as strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to generate and qualify leads across multiple channels.
- Manage a pipeline of global opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.
- Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience and drive expansion opportunities.
- Represent Emergent Labs at industry events, demos, and client presentations.
- Bring customer insights back to the team to inform GTM strategy and product roadmap.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, preferably in AI, data, or developer tools.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in global markets.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills—able to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
- Deep curiosity about technology, startups, and the future of AI.
- Comfortable working across time zones and engaging with international clients.
