Senior UX Designer (AI-Enabled)

Specific Role:

We’re looking for a forward-thinking and highly capable Senior UX Designer (AI-Enabled) to help shape intuitive, high-impact digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you’ll design data-rich applications and user experiences that transform complex information into clear, actionable insights—while leveraging AI-driven tools to accelerate design workflows and innovation.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions in a fast-paced environment, helping drive the next generation of AI-enabled design at scale.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery through delivery for web and mobile applications
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design data-dense interfaces including dashboards, advanced charting, and visualizations that support decision-making
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align on goals and execution
• Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating insights into iterative design improvements
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency
• Leverage AI tools (Figma AI, Claude) to enhance ideation, prototyping, and workflow efficiency
• Advocate for best practices in UX, accessibility, and human-centered design principles
• Communicate design decisions clearly through presentations, documentation, and storytelling

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of UX design experience for web and mobile applications
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience using Figma AI tools in conjunction with Claude
• Proven experience designing data-rich applications with complex dashboards and visualizations
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and effective communication of complex datasets
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, problem-solving, and impactful design outcomes (including data visualization work)
• Proficiency in Figma and modern UX/UI design workflows
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing analytics platforms, BI tools, or enterprise dashboards
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js) or collaboration with data engineering teams
• Experience working in agile or rapid product development environments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and emerging design technologies
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting design concepts and decisions
• Experience contributing to or building design systems
