Job Overview
The Lantern Cancer Care Analyst will be responsible for acquiring, gathering, and interpreting complex data to drive process improvements and help keep internal stakeholders and external clients informed on LCC program performance. Therefore, this individual must be an astute, analytical, and highly motivated self-starter. The ideal candidate will possess great attention to detail and strive for excellence in every interaction. They must be a confident communicator with a dynamic personality and a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze client data, run quantitative analyses, and develop savings analysis.
- Assist with gathering and documenting the Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
- Work with LCC leadership to create and execute on process enhancements
- Create, maintain, and distribute process workflows and documents
- Monitor business performance and present insights and trends.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Maintain and manage repository of reports and dashboards.
- Take responsibility for analytical projects from intake and ideation to completion in collaboration
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Communications, Economics, or related field preferred but not required)
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business operations roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed expectations
- Passionate about learning and professional/career development
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship development and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle questions and objections
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- High Proficiency in MS Office products (Vision, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiar with data query/data management tools such as SQL, Power BI, etc.
