As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving Engine’s growth within the Travel Management Company (TMC) ecosystem. You’ll work B2B with larger organizations that require integration within the SAP Concur platform—often selling directly into TMCs to expand Engine’s reach and influence.
This role requires a deep understanding of the travel technology landscape, enterprise sales cycles, and integration complexity. You’ll collaborate closely with the Partnerships team while independently hunting new opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and ensuring our content is successfully loaded, adopted, and scaled across TMC ecosystems.
Your Mission:
- Drive new B2B sales for Concur-integrated solutions across enterprise and TMC-led accounts.
- Build and manage relationships with key TMC and Concur partners to unlock new pipeline opportunities.
- Position and sell Engine’s value proposition both directly and through channel partnerships.
- Support onboarding, adoption, and long-term success for TMC-driven customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Account Management to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for an experienced enterprise seller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings strong domain expertise to the table:
- 7+ years of proven success in B2B enterprise or upmarket sales.
- Deep understanding of the TMC ecosystem (Amex GBT, CWT, BCD, FCM, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur integrations and distribution models.
- Established network within the travel tech or TMC space.
- Consultative, solution-oriented sales approach with the ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment where collaboration and execution go hand in hand.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
Base Pay Range
$100,000 - $130,000 USD
Compensation
In addition to a competitive base salary, our listed compensation range includes the estimated variable target. Your OTE (on-target earnings) are based on several factors including your experience, expertise, and location. Your compensation package may also include equity. Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
Base Salary + Variable (OTE)
$200,000 - $260,000 USD
