Role Overview

As the Head of Product at Enterpret, you will lead the product vision and strategy, ensuring our offerings align with customer needs, business goals, and AI capabilities. You will be instrumental in building a world-class product and design team and driving the development of the product.

Key Responsibilities

Own Product Vision

  • Establish and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with 
    • Enterpret's mission
    • Strategic objectives
    • Leverages foundational model advancements 
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap focused on innovation, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Lead With Example

  • Oversee the entire product and design lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and GTM, to drive product success.

Customer Obsessed

  • Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, translating their needs into actionable product enhancements.
  • Ensure our products deliver exceptional value and user experience.

Build A World Class Team

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product and design team, fostering a culture of accountability, speed, and quality.
  • Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience through effective design leadership.

Win The Market 

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to assess product effectiveness and guide decision-making.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in product management roles, with a focus on SaaS platforms or AI technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with a track record of building successful products at or before Series A stage.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about creating products that genuinely solve customer problems.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans in ambiguous environments.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with changing priorities.
