Role Overview:
As the VP of Marketing, you'll architect the Enterpret story, define our category, and propel our global presence as the undisputed leader in Voice-of-the-Customer intelligence.
Reporting directly to our CEO, Varun Sharma, you'll lead a world-class marketing function, shaping strategic narratives, fueling customer acquisition, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Craft a compelling market position establishing Enterpret as the definitive leader in AI-powered customer insights.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine our market approach.
Category Creation and Brand Elevation:
- Establish Enterpret’s brand as synonymous with AI-driven customer intelligence through strategic PR, impactful content, analyst relations, and marquee industry events.
- Develop provocative storytelling that places Enterpret at the forefront of the AI revolution.
Product Marketing Excellence:
- Own and evangelize Enterpret’s positioning, translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse customer segments.
- Lead high-impact product launches with strategic go-to-market plans and exceptional marketing collateral.
Demand Generation and Growth:
- Scale multi-channel marketing initiatives (ABM, inbound, organic, paid) to drive global brand awareness, pipeline growth, and measurable ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to optimize lead nurturing, conversions, and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Leverage Enterpret’s own AI platform to glean real-time customer feedback insights, refining strategies for maximum market impact.
- Foster a culture of customer obsession that informs every marketing decision.
Team and Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, driving a culture of innovation, accountability, and agility.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment, cohesive execution, and customer-first strategies.
Requirements:
- An accomplished marketing executive with 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, specializing in category creation, product marketing, and demand generation.
- A storyteller adept at transforming complex technology into simple, indispensable solutions.
- A strategic thinker comfortable executing in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- A collaborative leader skilled in driving alignment across diverse teams to achieve significant business impact.
- An innovator who embraces experimentation and challenges the status quo for breakout success.
