Project Overview
Envision Consulting, LLC is a consulting firm dedicated to empowering nonprofit organizations through strategic advising services, executive recruiting, and leadership development. With a deep commitment to fostering social good, our clients span a range of mission-driven entities nationwide.
As our firm continues to grow and evolve, our current branding no longer fully reflects the progress, creativity, and expertise we’ve cultivated. To better align with our values and the needs of our clients, we are seeking a creative partner to guide us through a comprehensive rebranding process. This initiative presents an exciting opportunity to create a cohesive identity that aligns with our professional services and resonates with the nonprofit organizations and professionals we serve. We aim to modernize our identity, establish a cohesive brand presence, and enhance our digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring that we communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders while showcasing our professionalism in the nonprofit sector.
Scope of Work
The overall goal of this project is to ensure that our mission and vision aligns with our new brand identity. The following outlines the primary deliverables we envision for this rebranding project. While we have identified key priorities, we value the expertise of our chosen partner and are open to co-creating this scope based on their recommendations and insights.
Key Deliverables
- Brand Analysis Summary:
- Internal insights on identity, core values, mission, unique strengths, audience research, competitive analysis, market trends, strategic recommendations, etc.
- Brand Identity:
- Logo redesign
- Comprehensive brand guidelines, including specifications for color palette, typography, imagery, tone of voice, messaging, etc.
- Branded Templates and Assets:
- Master files for assets
- Creation of branded templates for proposals, presentations, reports, and social media such as:
- Canva
- Proposal
- Candidate Profile
- Presentation Deck
- Microsoft Word
- Letterhead
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Presentation Deck
- Design of cohesive social media branding assets
- Canva
Examples can be provided upon request
- (Add On) Website Redesign:
- Website currently built on Joomla and hosted by GoDaddy, we’re open to evaluating and changing this
- An outside contractor currently supports our website maintenance and would be available to collaborate, if desired
- Development of a responsive, user-friendly website with a modern, professional aesthetic. Technical considerations:
- Basic SEO optimization to enhance visibility
- Meeting ADA and WCAG guidelines to be accessible for individuals with disabilities
- Content management system (CMS) integration for easy updates.
- Integration with Greenhouse and HubSpot
- Security features including SSL certification, data protection measures, and compliance with privacy regulations
We welcome recommendations on specific deliverables or services that may enhance our branding efforts. Proposals should address how these components might be structured in phases, if applicable, and provide flexibility for prioritization based on budget and timeline considerations.
Timeline
We would like to begin this project as soon as possible and aim for completion within a realistic, mutually agreed-upon timeframe. Partners should provide an estimated project timeline in their proposals. Our ideal start date for the project is late April, but we are flexible depending on the consultant’s availability.
Budget
We recognize that rebranding is a multifaceted process, and we are committed to investing in a thoughtful and impactful brand transformation. At this stage, we are seeking a transparent breakdown of costs for the deliverables outlined in this RFP. Additionally, we welcome input on cost-saving approaches and phased implementation strategies to balance our goals with financial considerations. Proposals should include a detailed cost estimate for all deliverables, including any recommendations for additions, prioritization, or optional services. Clear identification of costs associated with each phase or component of the project.
Our goal is to ensure we achieve the maximum impact within a budget framework that aligns with Envision’s size and scope.
Target Audience
Envision Consulting exclusively serves nonprofit organizations, partnering with mission-driven entities to help them achieve their goals. Our rebrand should reflect a deep understanding of and alignment with the values of the nonprofit sector. It should resonate with leaders, boards, executive candidates, and stakeholders who seek trusted advisors with expertise in search, strategic planning, and leadership development.
Given the variety in our clientele, the rebrand should effectively balance professionalism and approachability, ensuring that it appeals to a wide audience while highlighting our specialized focus. We aim to project an image that is modern, engaging, and reflective of the impactful work we support.
Proposal Submission Guidelines
Interested partners should include the following in their proposals:
- Perception Prompt: In 1-3 sentences, describe who we are as a company based on our current public brand presence
- Project Approach: A detailed description of your approach to rebranding, including collaboration with our team and key phases of the project
- Timeline: A proposed project timeline with milestones
- Cost Estimate: A detailed breakdown of costs for deliverables with options for various levels of engagement
- Portfolio: Examples of past work, particularly with similar clients, if applicable
- References: Contact information for at least two clients from similar projects
