EQT’s Water Operations department plays a critical role in transporting thousands of barrels of water per day across our operating area.  EQT uses ticketing software to support our water transportation activities.  The Project Administrator will help administer cost management of our water transportation operation and the quality control of our ticketing system.

 

The Project Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review and audit over 5,000 receipt tickets per month for volumetric, hauler, and ownership accuracy.
  • Compile invoicing support for monthly invoicing process. Work with accounting to ensure accurate billing.
  • Investigate and resolve invoicing disputes.
  • Work with vendors and water operations staff to identify and recommend technology and process improvements.
  • Organize and prepare utilization and regulatory reports for storage facilities.
  • Maintain current commercial terms, updated quarterly, with all customers.
  • Manage onboarding of new customers and haulers. Navigate EQT FOCUS certification, water agreements and service agreements.
  • Prepare and manage water sharing agreements for third-party operator delivery to EQT well pads. Coordinate and communicate with PCC.

 

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 0-2+ years of relevant experience. 
  • High School Diploma/GED. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to to identify trends and patterns.
  • Organization and time management skills.

 

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field. 
  • Artificial intelligence tools including CharGPT or Claude for manipulating datasets and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Experience in the transportation or natural gas industry.

 

 

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states:  California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.


Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
