About the Role
We are looking for a Bot Automation Tester to ensure the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of our automated customer interactions. This role will be responsible for testing and optimizing automated experiences, including self-service flows, AI-powered chatbots, and automated email communications.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about customer experience, and skilled in testing conversational interfaces and automation platforms to deliver a flawless experience to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and validate chatbot and automation workflows to ensure they function as intended across platforms
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, or user experience issues in automated interactions
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and CX teams to improve bot flows and resolve issues
  • Conduct regression testing after updates or bot improvements to ensure no disruptions
  • Analyze conversation logs and user feedback to identify failure points or optimization opportunities
  • Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation for automation projects
  • Monitor bot performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in testing automation, chatbots, conversational AI, or similar customer-facing technologies
  • Experience with chatbot testing tools, automation platforms, or scripting for automated testing
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiarity with customer experience and usability testing principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer experience teams
