About the role (What you'll be doing)
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Insights. You’ll build the personalised health layer that turns each patient’s data into visible progress, progress into insight, and insight into the next action — helping more of our patients get healthier, for life.
Weight-loss medications are the biggest shift in metabolic health care this generation has seen. But, the support around the medication dictates whether our patients lose the weight in a healthy manner and are able to keep the weight off.
Our high-touch, proactive support model is the key reason why Juniper has become a market leader. Insights is the core engine that powers this — getting our patients the right insight, the right intervention, at exactly the right moment. We believe we’re still early on what is possible here, and we are looking for someone to shape and own what comes next.
Your core metrics will centre on engagement and retention. You’ll lead the team to shape the strategy, prioritise the roadmap, and deliver meaningful improvements to our patients experience. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of designers, data scientists & ML ops engineers, and engineers, and also work hand-in-hand with our team of clinical and commercial expertise.
The rewards for getting this right are meaningful. You’ll see the results of your efforts reflected in the way you’ll be able to change the lives of our patients, and this impact will be replicated on a global scale.
Key responsibilities
- Insights Roadmap Ownership: Shape and evolve the roadmap, and delivery of our progress trackers and insight moments across Juniper
- Build Products Patients Love: Design experiences that make a patient feel her progress and drive engagement, habit formation and long-term retention, through thoughtful UX, personalisation and moments of delight
- Drive Patient Outcomes, Engagement & Retention: Own your key engagement and retention metrics, connecting product decisions to real health outcomes and commercial impact. You’ll use data and patient insight to understand what's working and what needs to change.
- Raise Bar On Craft: Partner closely with design and clinicians to set a high standard for quality, so every insight feels intuitive, trustworthy and distinctly Juniper.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align clinicians, data, design and engineering, and partner with senior stakeholders to unblock execution and deliver cohesive end-to-end outcomes.
About you
AI has changed what it means to be a Product Manager, so we are very open to what background you come from. You’ve likely built your experience over 5+ years across:
- Product Management, with ownership of consumer-facing, high-engagement product domains
- Professional Services (like top-tier management consultancies, legal firms)
- Other roles within a high-growth startup, or founded your own startup
Ultimately, we’re looking for a high-agency individual that spikes on the following qualities:
- First-principles problem solver — You are able to break ambiguous problems down, build a clear and focussed strategy around it, and able to take something from idea to impact while applying clear judgement on tradeoffs along the way
- Commercial & analytical rigour — You are laser-focused on delivering outcomes. You design for outcomes you can measure, interpret both quantitative and qualitative signal, and won't mistake motion for progress
- Product sense — You have a real instinct and empathy for what makes a person feel something. You can tell the difference between a feature that's “works” and one that lands, and you have a strong intuition for what makes products feel delightful, trustworthy and easy to use
- Ownership and comfort with ambiguity — you're energised by ambiguous, high-impact, undefined problems, and you've got a track record of navigating and leading through ambiguity
- Influence without authority — You have a track record of building credibility and follower-ship amongst teams and stakeholders, built off the consistency and quality of your judgement, storytelling ability, and long-term relationship building
Why you should join Euc
- Our teams are incredibly passionate — Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong. You'll get to stretch yourself everyday and work amongst people who care deeply about our patients. You'll be given autonomy to tackle interesting problems and receive regular feedback from a supportive team.
- We move at incredible speed — You'll work with team mates who build in the open by sharing their work freely; this helps us learn and iterate quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than our competitors. You'll spend a lot of time outside of your comfort zone learning and iterating frequently, we wouldn't have it any other way.
- We will invest in your career — You'll get access to an annual professional development budget, mentors and buddies to ensure that you have the support you need to level up. You can expect regular performance and pay reviews as your career grows.
- We are all owners — You'll be given equity to ensure that you are able to benefit in the upside of your contribution in helping Euc grow. Your ideas will be valued regardless of your role, you will have ownership over the projects you work on which will feel both terrifying but extremely fulfilling.
- We play as hard as we work — From our annual Eucalympics (Olympic themed hackathon), monthly health & fitness allowances, free weekly barista coffees, funded social clubs, quarterly rooftop parties and weekly catered fireside chats, we know how to let our hair down!
- We'll have your back when you need us the most — You'll be able to lean on a range of leave offerings to support you when needed, this includes: personal health and professional development leave, a generous parental leave that offers 20 weeks paid leave for a primary carer, additional miscarriage leave (see more on Kin Fertility's #WeNeedMoreLeave campaign), as well as our Employee Assistance Programme.
At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process. We use AI-assisted tools across our business to help our teams work more efficiently, including within our recruitment process. These tools support our team — all hiring decisions are made by real people, and every application is reviewed by a member of our recruitment team.
