Team Lead Digital Analytics (f/m/diverse) - Remote first set up (within Germany)

As a Team Lead Digital Analytics (all genders), you will be responsible for leading a team of Digital Analysts and Analytical Implementation Engineers (Tracking Experts) who provide insights and recommendations to improve the performance and customer experience on our digital channels. You will also steer the development and strategic roadmap for our digital analytics landscape, collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve our value of being a data-driven organisation. 

Tasks

• Shape the Digital Analytics strategy, implement best practices, and leverage technology to enhance our digital performance and online customer experience 
• Lead, mentor and develop the Digital Analytics team and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement 
• Lead the Digital Analytics team and set the strategic direction for all digital data and analytics, including web/app analytics, A/B testing, customer behaviour analytics, online personalisation, product development, customer journey mapping and other digital analytics initiatives across the Eurowings group 
• Work closely with digital stakeholders (product squads and digital marketing teams) to develop and execute digital analytics projects/tickets that drive business and customer value, and provide insights 
• Enable the business side to revolutionize their digital strategies and empower them with fast, high-quality decisions (whether it’s product development, A/B testing, or digital marketing strategies) 
• Work closely with the Head of BI on the digital analytics roadmap, prioritization, major projects, and adoption/engagement strategies, that align with the overall department goals and vision 

Profile

• 7+ years of experience working in the digital analytics space for the web platforms (ideally in an e-commerce or travel/hospitality industry)  
• Proven experience in senior analytics role, combined with experience in stakeholder management and communication at all levels. 
• Experience in leading teams, either directly or indirectly 
• Experience in creating and executing digital analytics roadmaps, including strategies for data layer, data protection and analytical insights (self-service / enterprise reporting) 
• Strong understanding of digital analytics tools and how to get the extract value from them, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, and tag management systems
• Solid experience in planning, monitoring and analysing A/B tests 
• Experience in implementing personalisation and customer journey analytics and insights 
• Being comfortable while presenting to a senior-level audience 
• Strong skills in developing insights and presentations using analytics data  
• Effective communication and collaboration with both tech and business stakeholders 
• Excellent time management, prioritization and decision-making skills 

Remote first set up (within Germany): We believe in a hybrid working model with a remote-first approach. This means that our company is optimized for work to be done remotely no matter where you are living in Germany. We believe in flexibility and trusted working times, so there is no standardized “quota” for on-site presence in the office. On average, our employees that lives all across Germany comes to our Cologne office 1-2 times per month for team bonding and/or selected events (i.e. for onboarding, team/company events/workshops)
