As Strategy & Project Support Digital Operations (all genders) you play a pivotal role in expanding Eurowings Digital’s mission, creating a bridge between our digital capabilities and more efficient operations. You will be responsible for working with our digital and aviation colleagues in bringing together projects and the overall vision for digital operations. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to the company's success, and develop your skills in strategic planning and project execution. You are an active part of our Strategy & Biz Ops Team and reflect the culture and strategy of Eurowings Digital’s organization.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate closely with digital and aviation teams to align operational projects with the company’s overall digital vision
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams
• Monitor progress and performance of ongoing projects, identify risks and opportunities and proactively drive resolution and improvement
• Contribute to the development of frameworks, tools, and best practices that support digital operations across the organization
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for senior management and other stakeholders to support decision-making
• Work closely with senior leadership to understand, define and communicate the strategic vision and priorities for digital operations

What you’ll need

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, aviation management or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
• Approx. 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, project management, operations or strategy
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). German a plus
