Senior Product Manager, Payouts and Billing
THE CHALLENGE

The company powers millions of events of all shapes and sizes across 160+ countries. We also have the world’s largest events destination and delight consumers from event discovery through attendance in our industry leading mobile applications.
We’re looking for an experienced product manager with financial product expertise to build a vision, set product strategies and execute against that vision.
THE TEAM
You will join a very collaborative, mission driven product team and report to the Director of Product, Creator. You will work closely with Dev Leadership and members of our product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance and legal teams. The internal environment is fast paced but focused on growing you personally and professionally. We operate nimbly and move fast but realize some changes need time and a lot of planning. We are passionate about live events, obsessed about making our creators successful and strongly connected to each other.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the payout and billing product that powers millions of creators worldwide. You will help us develop the strategy to take it through the next stages of growth.
THE SKILL SET
- 5+ years experience in product management or related field with a proven record of successfully launching and growing products in a marketplace oriented businesses
- 2+ years experience in Financial Product. You’ve built finance products for a business similar to Eventbrite.
- Understanding of the vendor landscape and experience building and integrating financially oriented workflows
- Ability to operate at scale having led global teams in a late stage private or public company working on an advertising product
- Data driven and able to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics
- Ability to prioritize across a portfolio of ideas, incorporating new business realities and industry knowledge along the way
- Strong team player with the ability to influence, work cross-functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment, even in those challenging moments of product delivery
- Sustained track record of hiring, developing, motivating and growing high-performing teams
- Excellent leadership acumen. Strong communication skills that enable clear articulation of vision, strategy, and execution.
- A passion for connecting people through live events.

- FinTech experience within a consumer or marketplace tech company
- Understanding of data analytics and SQL
PAY TRANSPARENCY
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. You may also be eligible to participate in Eventbrite’s incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus and commission plans), subject to the applicable rules and restrictions.
