Position Summary
As an Infrastructure Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and operation of our organization's IT infrastructure. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting various components of our technology systems, contributing to the stability and functionality of our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to systems and applications.

Assist in maintaining network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.

Aid in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and supporting basic network configurations.

Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as system backups, updates, and patches.

Monitor system performance and report any abnormalities or potential issues.

Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.

Assist in creating and updating technical documentation and procedures.

Collaborate with senior team members on infrastructure-related projects.

Participate in implementing new technologies and system upgrades under guidance.
Qualifications

Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), and software applications.

Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and basic network troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach when dealing with end-users.

A relevant IT-related certification or degree is a plus

Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced IT environment and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
