About the role 

The VP, Global Marketing Strategy (Maternity Cover) will provide senior leadership and continuity for Everway’s central marketing function.  This is an immediate, 6-month fixed-term need.

This role is accountable for delivering the existing global marketing and brand strategy, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively across regions, and acting as the connective tissue between central strategy and regional delivery.

Working closely with the CMO and regional marketing leaders, this leader will focus on execution, enablement, and performance, ensuring the function continues to operate at pace and with clarity.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Leadership

  • Partner with the CMO to execute the agreed Everway Marketing and Brand Strategy.
  • Own and manage the global marketing campaign calendar, ensuring delivery against business priorities.
  • Translate business and product priorities into clear, actionable campaign briefs in partnership with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, and Sales.
  • Ensure campaigns drive pipeline impact, brand visibility, and customer engagement across regions.

Campaign Enablement 

  • Track and review global campaign performance against defined success metrics.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate reporting and insight-led decision making.
  • Share cross-regional learnings and best practices to continuously improve effectiveness.

Performance & Insights

  • Track and review global campaign performance against defined success metrics.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Provide confident, supportive leadership to the central marketing team, maintaining morale and momentum.
  • Build strong working relationships with regional marketing leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Champion a pragmatic global-to-local approach, balancing consistency with local relevance.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior Marketing leadership role across campaign, brand, field, or central marketing.
  • Proven experience operating in global, matrixed organisations, ideally with central–regional models.
  • Strong track record of delivering integrated campaigns at scale, rather than building from scratch.
  • Highly effective stakeholder manager, able to lead through influence and clarity.
  • Commercial and analytical mindset, with proven experience using data to guide decisions.
  • Experience in a SaaS B2B environment preferred.
