Product Manager

We are seeking a bilingual Product Manager who can effectively perform both Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring front-to-back asset and investment management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams to deliver impactful products.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering and translating requirements into clear product roadmaps, user stories, and specifications
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for investment management products, from initial concept and requirements through design, testing, implementation, and post-launch support
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring alignment across business and technology
• Facilitate meetings and discussions in both Mandarin and English, providing clear written documentation
• Assist in QA/testing, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to deliver product enhancements and solutions in line with business priorities
• Support and guide offshore and managed service teams where applicable, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication across time zones
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue escalation as needed

What You Bring

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent reading and writing skills in both languages
• 4+ years of experience supporting asset/investment management, Finance & HR products technology teams and platforms
• Strong project management and business analysis skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on time
• Hands-on experience coordinating QA/testing activities, including test planning, defect tracking, and UAT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a Managed Service/Offshore delivery model is considered an asset
