About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to join our Club Division, supporting apparel programs for key accounts like Costco and Sam’s Club. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, product development, or buying within the apparel industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting seasonal assortment development, maintaining merchandising tools, and keeping programs on track from initial concept through production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Merchandising team with line planning, style creation, and seasonal development specific to club account programs

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date line sheets, visual assortment tools, and style trackers across multiple deliveries and categories

  • Enter and update product information in Centric PLM, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams

  • Coordinate with Design, Product Development, and Sales teams to track sample status and ensure calendar milestones are met

  • Assist with meeting prep, including sample coordination, line reviews, and customer-facing presentation materials

  • Help organize and merchandise the showroom space for internal and external meetings

  • Conduct club market and competitive research to support planning and pricing strategies

  • Take notes during milestone meetings and follow up on action items to support team execution

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, buying, product development, or a related apparel role

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Centric PLM is a plus

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with the club store model (Costco/Sam’s Club) is a plus but not required

  • Passion for apparel, merchandising, and learning how great product comes to life

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or a related field preferred

Location Notice:
This is a full-time, onsite role based at our current headquarters in Bell, CA. In Q1 of 2026, we will relocate to our new corporate office in Beverly Hills, CA (90210). Candidates must be available to work onsite at both locations.

COMPENSATION

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).

Compensation Range

$25 - $27 USD
