About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Backed by world-class investors, operators, and sports & entertainment partners, we are building the global leader in next-generation collectibles. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

 

Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a seasoned buyer to support our global supply chain.  Buyers perform various purchasing functions within the Fanatics Collectibles business unit.  This position is expected to own all areas related to the assigned product including but not limited to attending “walk throughs”, reviewing forecasts, monitoring inventory for replenishment, issuing purchase orders, processing invoices for payment, arranging and expediting shipments, ensuring quality/compliance, collaborating with departments to find efficiencies, and acting as liaison between vendor and internal customers.

A successful candidate will have experience working with manufacturers in China and Southeast Asia to produce and export good to the US and Europe.  This buyer role reports to the APAC Senior Manager of Sourcing. 

 


Buyer responsibilities:

  • Prepare RFQ and benchmarking
  • Prepare purchase order for services and materials
  • Source supplier based on internal customer needs
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
  • Maintain costing file for assigned projects
  • Initiate RFQ’s against assigned products
  • Work with product management to ensure GIH date are accurate and achieved
  • Coordinate sample approvals for review
  • Clarify specification and production concern with vendor and internal customers
  • Track vendor performance and report matrix for improvement (If US provide template)
  • Maintain purchasing record and supplier contract database
  • Create analytical report as request
  • Track / Expedite shipment
  • Coordinate CPSIA testing on required items

 

Project Management Responsibilities 

  • Assist and manage project from planning through execution, and ensuring OTD
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between stakeholders
  • Assist develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary

 

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years related work experience
  • Proven OEM sourcing, supplier management, and production coordination experience
  • Able to independently manage supplier qualification, scorecards, compliance, and global standards
  • Must: Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a global team.
