Role Summary

As a Senior Product Manager on the Fanatics Live team, you will own product strategy and execution for the evolution of the Live platform. You will focus on three of our most important bets: reaching new and diverse audiences, connecting Fanatics product launches to Live as a tier 1 distribution channel, and spearheading the social features that make collecting feel like a hobby you share rather than one you do alone.

You will report to the Senior Director of Product and partner daily with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional teams across Fanatics. This is a high-visibility, high-leverage role on a product poised to scale dramatically, with a direct line of sight to company growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Live Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the growth of Fanatics Live, tying platform development to clear outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Set the strategy for how Live grows its audience, distributes the broader Fanatics catalog, and becomes the social heart of the hobby
  • Make Fanatics Live a tier 1 distribution channel for new product launches, so releases reach collectors through live, creator-led moments rather than static listings alone
  • Partner with the Fanatics Collect product and merchandising teams to plan launch mechanics, exclusives, and live formats that drive demand and sell-through

Reaching New & Diverse Audiences

  • Drive the strategy to bring new and more diverse collectors onto Fanatics Live, meeting them where they already spend time with portable, shareable, low-friction experiences
  • Lower the barrier to entry so a first-time viewer can go from watching to participating quickly and confidently, at every price point
  • Partner with Growth and Marketing to build acquisition loops that turn new viewers into returning collectors

Social & Community

  • Serve as the spearhead for social features on Fanatics Live, building the tools that let collectors see and learn from each other, share what they are chasing, and bring friends into the hobby
  • Design for collecting better together: feeds, presence, social graphs, reactions, and creator-to-collector interaction that make every show more engaging than watching alone

Discovery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end product development for your surfaces: from problem discovery and collector research through launch, experimentation, and iteration
  • Define clear success metrics and own outcomes for your product area
  • Run a high-velocity test-and-learn practice: form hypotheses, design A/B and multivariate experiments, and scale what works
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable experiences across iOS, Android, and web with a dedicated pod of engineers

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Design as a true creative collaborator on the end-to-end experience, and with Growth, Data, and Engineering on the systems your surfaces build on
  • Represent the voice of the collector, particularly newer and younger audiences, in every product decision
  • Communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders across Product leadership

Market & Community Insight

  • Develop a deep understanding of the collectibles landscape and the social behaviors of new and younger collectors, including where they gather and how they discover the hobby
  • Track the competitive landscape across live commerce, social commerce, and creator platforms, and identify opportunities to differentiate Fanatics Live

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Product experience, ideally in the Product Management discipline
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer social or community features (feeds, notifications, social graphs, live experiences, or equivalent)
  • Experience growing a consumer product's audience, ideally reaching new or younger users, and turning acquisition into lasting engagement
  • Experience leading product development across multiple teams or a significant product area, and shipping cohesive end-to-end experiences
  • Ability to define multi-year product vision and roadmaps aligned to business goals, with comfort tying product work to growth outcomes (acquisition, retention, LTV, GMV per collector)
  • Strong data fluency: comfortable defining metrics, designing and reading A/B and multivariate experiments, analyzing funnels, and making data-driven prioritization decisions
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth consumer product environments, ideally consumer social, marketplace, live commerce, or e-commerce
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
  • High tolerance for ambiguity: able to drive clarity and alignment in fluid, fast-moving environments
  • Bias toward shipping cohesive, end-to-end experiences over feature-by-feature output
  • Passion for the collectibles, sports, and/or gaming space is a strong plus

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
