Role Summary

This is a builder's role. As Senior Sourcer at Fanatics Collectibles, you will own the architecture and ongoing evolution of our talent CRM — transforming it from a database into a living, pre-vetted bench of comp-aligned candidates ready to activate the moment a search opens. You will work across six capability archetypes, building a bench model that eliminates cold starts and gives our recruiting team a genuine competitive advantage in every search.

Beyond CRM ownership, you'll serve as a strategic sourcing partner on our most complex, hardest-to-fill searches — leveraging the bench you've built, our internal referral pool, LinkedIn Recruiter, and the best AI sourcing tools available to find, engage, and deliver exceptional talent for roles that matter.

What You'll Own

CRM Build & Ownership

  • Architect and own Fanatics Collectibles' talent CRM within Greenhouse, building a pre-vetted bench across defined capability archetypes.
  • Design and maintain a structured multi-stage engagement model with clear quality standards at each stage — ensuring the bench reflects candidates who are genuinely ready to activate when a search opens.
  • Build and maintain target company lists and sourcing playbooks per archetype, with sourcing effort weighted toward highest-volume search areas.
  • Own ongoing talent market signal monitoring — tracking movement, availability, and ecosystem shifts — and act on intelligence in real time to keep the bench current and warm.
  • Maintain bench freshness through a structured re-engagement cadence, ensuring no archetype goes cold.
  • Deliver exec-ready weekly bench health reporting by function and priority area.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to embed CRM intelligence into every search from day one.
  • Build internal relationships to surface referrals and maintain alignment between the bench and evolving business priorities.
  • Act as the internal expert on talent market signals — sharing what S3 intelligence reveals about movement, competition, and opportunity.
  • Continuously evolve the CRM strategy as the business scales, introducing new tools, processes, and frameworks as needed.

Complex Search Support

  • Serve as sourcing partner on the hardest, most critical open reqs — searches where standard sourcing methods fall short.
  • Leverage the CRM bench, internal referral pool, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools to build exceptional candidate slates faster than any cold search could.
  • Leverage AI tools, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and related market intelligence platforms to deliver talent mapping for complex searches as needed — surfacing competitor org structures, talent pools, and market depth to inform sourcing strategy.
  • Conduct initial screens and deliver well-qualified, well-briefed candidates to recruiting partners with clear context and a point of view.
  • Continuously refine sourcing strategy based on what market signals and CRM data reveal about talent movement and availability.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in high-growth tech, media, sports, gaming, or consumer businesses.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain structured talent pipelines — you think systemically about talent, not just transactionally.
  • Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern AI sourcing tools (Gem, ChatGPT, SeekOut, or equivalent).
  • Experience with ATS/CRM platforms — Greenhouse strongly preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills; comfortable maintaining warm candidate relationships over months, not just reacting to open reqs.
  • Data-driven mindset — you track what you build, you can speak to bench health clearly, and you improve based on what the data tells you.
  • Self-directed and ownership-oriented — you don't wait to be told what needs to happen next.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present sourcing work clearly to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership.

Tools & Tech

  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Greenhouse (CRM)
  • AI Sourcing Tools (Gem, ChatGPT, or equivalent)
  • LinkedIn Talent Insights
  • Boolean Search
  • Slack

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
