Role Summary

Fanatics Collect, the trading card marketplace and collector platform within Fanatics Collectibles, is looking for a Product Marketing Lead, Topps Experiences. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, this person will own product marketing for this area end-to-end: understanding collectors and shaping what gets built, then turning that into launches that drive awareness, adoption, and repeat engagement across Tier A releases Red Rookie Redemptions, the broader redemptions program, and Instant Packs. This position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below.

What you will be doing...

  • Lead collector feedback and research efforts around redemption and checklist experiences, translating friction points into personas and JTBD for the Topps on Collect roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to champion the collector's voice on Topps releases across Fanatics Collect & Live and redemptions across Product, Topps stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Partner with Product to shape the Topps on Collect roadmap, value proposition, and early GTM planning for major releases, Red Rookie Redemptions, and Instant Packs.
  • Build integrated launch plans for major Topps releases, Red Rookie Redemptions, the broader redemptions program, and Instant Packs, with clear goals, timelines, and roles across Product, Topps.com, and Studio.
  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging for every Topps-branded moment on Fanatics Collect that stays consistent with Topps.com.
  • Equip CX, AM, and seller-facing teams with playbooks and talking points for Topps releases and redemptions.
  • Define and track launch and product-marketing performance including awareness, adoption, retention, and redemption completion rates, iterating and optimizing post-launch.

What you will bring...

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience supporting consumer technology products, with demonstrated ownership of digital product launches and end-to-end go-to-market strategy. Experience with mobile apps, marketplaces, streaming, fintech, gaming, collectibles, or consumer commerce is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable running qualitative research (interviews, feedback loops, journey mapping) and translating it into personas, JTBD, or roadmap input, not just briefs.
  • Proven ability to build and lead an integrated launch plan end-to-end, from positioning through cross-functional enablement through post-launch measurement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable driving alignment across Product, Growth, Creative, and Commercial without direct authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, equally comfortable writing an insights memo and a launch brief.
  • Ability to work autonomously while taking direction from leadership.
  • Familiarity with trading cards, redemption programs, or licensed sports/entertainment products is a strong plus.
