Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and facility readiness to support uninterrupted fulfillment and manufacturing operations that directly power the fan experience.
- Manage P&L responsibility for Repairs and Maintenance, Equipment Rentals, and Waste Disposals, making cost-conscious decisions that sustain operational excellence.
- Ensure timely completion of Work Orders, Repairs, Preventative Maintenance, and Records Retention in accordance with company procedures and standards, minimizing disruption to downstream fan-facing operations.
- Model and foster a positive, inclusive working culture that supports team engagement and the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes for fans.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

- Oversee troubleshooting and repair of Motor Control equipment including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and Input/Output (I/O) devices.
- Analyze operational trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve facility performance, equipment reliability, and site efficiency in partnership with the Operations Team.

- Manage through facility-related emergencies with professionalism and urgency, ensuring business continuity and associate safety at all times.
- Adhere to and enforce all company standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements, including flexible scheduling to ensure business needs are consistently met.
