As we continue to scale our global platform, the Forklift Operator will play a critical role in loading, unloading, and moving inventory to support warehouse production requirements.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Forklift Operator is a key player in the loading, unloading, and movement of inventory utilizing forklift and pallet jack machinery, optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency across the facility. This role supports production requirements by safely transporting materials, securing loads, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Forklift Operator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

• Execute accurate inventory counts and proper load handling to reduce errors and minimize delays in the fulfillment cycle.

• Leverage familiarity with professional sports leagues and teams to bring enthusiasm and context to the fan-facing product being handled.

• Identify and proactively communicate workplace safety hazards, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in safety standards and operational practices.

• Apply knowledge of RF scanning equipment and barcode reading to improve inventory tracking accuracy and reduce manual errors.

• Seek opportunities to optimize load configurations and equipment usage to maximize efficiency and reduce handling time.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

• Operate forklift and pallet jack equipment with precision and accountability, including Stand Up Counter Balance Forklift, Center Rider Pallet Carrier, and Stock Picker models.

• Secure all loads properly before transport and adhere rigorously to safety management standards and facility protocols.

• Pull and place cartons on racks accurately and perform inventory counts with a high degree of precision.

• Maintain physical readiness to stand for 8–10 hours, lift and move up to 50 pounds or more, and work overtime as required to meet operational demand.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to operate forklift and pallet jack equipment, including Stand Up Counter Balance Forklift, Center Rider Pallet Carrier, and Stock Picker models.

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours depending on daily work volume and to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more, including reaching and bending when offloading and separating shipments.

• Comfort working at heights and flexibility to work shifts with overtime as necessary, including variable hours and days.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment as part of a collaborative team.

• Familiarity with RF scanning equipment and the ability to read and understand barcodes on boxes (preferred).

• Ability to perform accurate inventory counts and follow proper load-securing and safety protocols.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (preferred).
