The Role 

We're seeking a data-driven Revenue Operations professional with a consulting mindset to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing our sales funnel, identifying optimization opportunities, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of analytical rigor, technical skills, and business acumen to help us build scalable, efficient revenue processes.

Your Impact 

  • Analyze sales funnel metrics using SQL and data visualization tools to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
  • Develop predictive models to forecast revenue and evaluate the impact of different variables on conversion rates
  • Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators across marketing, sales, and client acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to implement data-driven improvements to the sales process
  • Evaluate sales team performance and provide insights on effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identify independent variables driving success in our sales process and provide recommendations to enhance results
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing data-backed insights on revenue operations
  • Help build and maintain robust data infrastructure to ensure accurate reporting and analysis

The Ideal Match 

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience, with a background in consulting or similar analytical roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with complex datasets
  • Experience analyzing sales funnels and revenue operations, preferably in fast-growing organizations
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail with an engineer's mindset but business curiosity
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)

Bonus Points 

  • Experience with Python or other programming languages for data analysis
  • Previous experience in revenue operations at high-growth companies like Hubspot, Snowflake, Atlassian, or Ramp
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in financial services or wealth management
  • Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Understanding of CRM platforms and sales operations tools
  • Experience working in organizations with complex sales structures
