The Role
Manage product strategy and execution across investment platform features and investment-related data integration as a Senior Product Manager focused on Investments. You'll own high-impact areas of the investment product roadmap—spanning portfolio construction, asset class expansion, and advisor-facing investment tools—while ensuring the supporting data infrastructure is complete and reliable. This role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on execution in core investment platform capabilities.
Your Impact
- Expand and evolve the investment platform in partnership with leadership and stakeholders by maintaining and improving equity-based investment features, extending into new asset classes (fixed income including government securities, municipal bonds, separately managed accounts; alternatives including liquid, semi-liquid, and traditional alternative investments), and building functionality like restricted security management, user experience improvements, and advanced trading capabilities
- Drive development of portfolio rebalancing tools and customization workflows, automated cash management and related features
- Work with engineering, compliance, and client experience teams to ensure safe and scalable delivery of investment features
- Own ingestion and integration of investment-related data sources including custodian feeds, alternative managers, and market data vendors
- Define specifications, transformation logic, and QA protocols for data ingestion while collaborating with AI and analytics teams to align priorities and leverage ingested data
- Ensure complete, accurate data availability for investment tooling and align investment platform roadmap with broader product and data architecture
- Manage alignment of investment features with broader platform architecture and manage regulatory, operational, and financial risk through product decisions
The Ideal Match
- 5–8+ years of product or platform experience in investing, wealth tech, or portfolio management
- Domain expertise in investment platforms, portfolio management, or trading systems
- Strong understanding of financial data ingestion and transformation processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory, operational, or financial risk through product decisions
- Technically fluent and able to work directly with engineering and data teams
Bonus Points
- Experience with alternative investments and multi-asset class platforms
- Background with financial data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)
- Previous experience at a wealth management firm, broker-dealer, or fintech company
- Understanding of compliance requirements in investment management
- Experience with AI/ML applications in financial services
