The Role
We're seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Coordinator to help scale the Focus Team's digital presence and video content strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content creation, video editing, and social media analytics. You'll be instrumental in growing our LinkedIn business page, YouTube channel, and Facebook campaigns while working directly with financial advisors to create compelling content that resonates with high-net-worth individuals.
The Focus Team sits within our RIA business and is a specialized division within Farther focused on retirement planning and niche wealth management services. As we continue to expand our advisor base and scale our marketing efforts, we need someone who can own our social media channels, produce engaging video content, and provide actionable insights on campaign performance.
Your Impact
- Edit webinars and advisor content into platform-ready videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
- Oversee daily operations of social channels and grow engaged followings
- Create short-form video content optimized for each platform
- Track performance metrics for social channels and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with advisors, marketing team members, and external vendors
- Ensure all content follows financial compliance and brand guidelines
- Support Facebook ad campaigns with fresh creative and optimization recommendations
The Ideal Match
- 2+ years in social media coordination, content creation, or digital marketing
- Video editing proficiency (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, WeVideo, or similar)
- Experience with short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy
- Strong written communication and ability to work independently
- Interest in financial services or B2B marketing

- Paid social campaign experience

- SEO and YouTube optimization knowledge
