The People Team at Fleetio is expanding and has an opportunity for a Recruiting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead, scale, and optimize our sales recruiting function, ensuring Fleetio attracts and hires world-class sales talent to fuel our continued growth.

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this role is a recruiting leader with deep experience in high-growth sales hiring. You thrive in building scalable recruiting strategies, enjoy mentoring recruiters, and know how to balance speed with quality. You’re data-driven and can influence sales and executive leaders with insights, while also rolling up your sleeves to directly engage in critical searches. You care deeply about candidate experience, employer brand, and building diverse sales teams that drive revenue growth. We are an agile team with aggressive hiring targets and the ideal candidate has experience in high tech Saas, managing high volume with brilliant execution and a track record of exceeding targets. 

This role is part of the Talent Acquisition leadership team and reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.


Your impact

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers dedicated to Sales hiring across all segments (AE, AM, SC, SDR, Leadership).
  • Partner closely with GTM leadership (Sales, Revenue Operations, Solutions Consulting) to forecast needs and build recruiting strategies aligned with business growth.
  • Design and execute scalable recruiting processes that balance efficiency with high-quality candidate experiences.
  • Own the sales recruiting funnel metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill) and present insights regularly to business leaders.
  • Build and maintain a strong passive talent pipeline through sourcing strategies, networking, and employer branding efforts.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners and Compensation on offers to ensure internal equity and competitiveness in the market.
  • Drive initiatives to improve diversity hiring outcomes across all sales functions.
  • Champion Fleetio’s employer brand in the sales talent market, ensuring a consistent and compelling message.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Operations team to refine tools, reporting, and systems (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Asana, etc.).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives, influencing decisions with data and market expertise.

Your experience

  • 6–8 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years managing a team focused on sales or GTM hiring.
  • Proven ability to recruit and hire at scale in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing recruiters.
  • Deep knowledge of the sales talent market, particularly mid-market and enterprise.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and influence executive leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting analytics to inform strategy.
  • Strong commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem), and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
