The job
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content & Community Executive to join Flo’s Social Growth team. In this hands-on role, you’ll create thumb-stopping content, engage with our fast-growing community, and help scale our social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Each Content & Community Executive owns the day-to-day output of content and interactions across one or more audience verticals. You’ll work closely with the wider team to deliver best-in-class creative that builds brand love, fuels discovery, and drives user growth, while also making sure our community feels heard, supported, and inspired.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 2–3+ years of experience in content creation, community management, or social media marketing.
- Proven ability to create short-form video content and comfort being on camera.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and general social media culture.
- Experience managing social media comments, community DMs, and audience engagement.
- Skilled in short-form video editing using CapCut, TikTok tools, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Clear and confident English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong team player with a passion for content, community, and women’s health.
Professional Knowledge & Experience
- Solid understanding of key social platforms (especially TikTok), with interest in emerging tools and formats.
- Comfortable using editing tools and being hands-on with content creation and platform management.
- Solves small to medium content and engagement challenges independently, with support when needed.
Business Impact
- Understands the goals of social content in driving community growth, app installs, and positive sentiment.
- Consistently contributes content and engagement work that supports broader marketing initiatives.
- Plays a critical role in executing the team’s social growth strategy.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the wellness, health, or lifestyle space.
- Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar publishing tools.
- A creative eye for storytelling, and what makes content convert.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and think on your feet.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Content Creation
- Create, shoot, and appear in engaging content for organic and paid channels - especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the Social Content Manager to bring creative briefs and ideas to life.
- Track emerging social trends and implement relevant formats and suggest how ideas can be baked into our content plan.
- Edit and publish short videos using CapCut, in-app editing tools, and platform-native workflows.
- Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing of content across owned channels.
Community Management
- Actively manage daily community interactions, including comments, DMs, and audience mentions, with empathy, creativity, and a consistent tone of voice.
- Proactively engage with new and existing users to build relationships and drive conversation.
- Flag trends, risks, or key feedback from the community to relevant teams.
- Serve as the link between our social community and support teams, ensuring user feedback is acknowledged and routed appropriately.
- Help foster a positive, loyal community that champions Flo’s mission.
You'll be targeted on:
- Supporting consistent weekly delivery of content across Flo’s social channels (evergreen, trend-led, and briefed).
- Community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond - including daily proactive and reactive commenting.
- Supporting the wider team on social-led growth and user acquisition through engaging, platform-native content across organic and paid (such as TikTok Spark ads)
- Maintaining high community satisfaction and contributing to positive sentiment and loyalty around the Flo brand.

Annual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
£38,000 - £43,300 GBP
