In this role, you’ll take ownership of shaping the future of our Legacy Translator, making sure airline traditional distribution needs are translated into effective technical solutions. If you’re a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves connecting business and technology, and is motivated by the challenge of redefining how airlines operate, this is the role for you.

  • Build and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICD) and Interface Specification Documents (ISD) to support integrations with airline systems and partners.
  • Ensure smooth alignment between business requirements and engineering execution.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Act as the connector between product and technical teams, making sure everyone is aligned and working toward shared outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide business analysts and other product contributors, helping grow the team’s capabilities.
  • Own product KPIs and outcomes, driving timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Spot risks early in the product lifecycle and work proactively to mitigate them.

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

  • Strong understanding of airline systems such as Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Departure Control Systems (DCS), or Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
  • Familiarity with integrations across multiple complex systems is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in system-to-system integrations, with hands-on experience delivering complex interfaces across enterprise ecosystems.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with proven experience engaging stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is a plus.
