Senior Product Manager

Our Vision

We believe in a world where travel companies can innovate freely, growing and accelerating their business, while delivering the experience travelers want and the change the industry needs.

FLYR is a technology company that unlocks freedom to innovate for the travel industry – eliminating legacy constraints to enable real-time decision making and create the experiences travelers seek. With FLYR, businesses are able to quickly unlock modern retailing capabilities, improve revenue performance and modernize the e-commerce experience.

Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

The Marketplace Partner Platform team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Product Manager, Supplier Onboarding & Marketplace Integrations to help shape how new suppliers connect to our platform. This role sits at the crossroads of supplier integrations and front-end enablement — working across internal Offer, Order, and Product Catalog teams, as well as with tourism operators and airline digital channels.

You’ll define how suppliers join and scale within the ecosystem, designing the APIs, workflows, and onboarding tools that make content discoverable, bookable, and serviceable in real time. You’ll also partner with front-end teams to ensure a smooth experience for our customers and travelers — from browsing to booking to post-purchase servicing.

This is a hands-on product role that blends strategy, architecture awareness, and execution, contributing directly to how FLYR connects the global travel marketplace.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

Supplier Onboarding & Integration

  • Define and manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding experience — from technical configuration to product catalog mapping, generation of offers, and order flow validation.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver scalable APIs and adapters that connect external suppliers to FLYR’s Offer & Order Management System (OOMS).
  • Collaborate with suppliers across categories (events, transfers, hotels, experiences, ancillaries) to translate business models into standardized integration patterns.
  • Ensure integrations support the complete lifecycle (Shop, Buy, Pay, Change, Cancel) with consistent data and error handling.

Marketplace Platform & Internal Enablement

  • Work closely with Offer, Order, and Product Catalog teams to design and maintain standardized interfaces that support multiple supplier types and use cases.
  • Collaborate with front-end teams and airline partners to enable new content types and unified booking flows across digital channels.
  • Contribute to shared schemas, payload design, and validation logic that power supplier and product catalog consistency.
  • Advocate for supplier usability and internal developer efficiency through clear API documentation, test environments, and diagnostic tools.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the connective tissue between external suppliers, internal platform teams, and customer-facing product groups.
  • Translate complex integration requirements into actionable, technically feasible backlogs.
  • Balance short-term onboarding goals with long-term architectural scalability and reusability.
  • Provide visibility and prioritization clarity through data-driven roadmap management and transparent communication.

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

Experience

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner, ideally working on API-driven integrations or platform products.
  • Experience delivering complex integrations across multiple systems or partners, preferably in a travel, marketplace, or SaaS environment.

Technical Expertise

  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, data contracts, and system interoperability.
  • Familiarity with order management, product catalog models, or supplier management workflows.
  • Ability to read and discuss technical specifications, API payloads, and data models fluently.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Proven success leading cross-functional efforts across engineering, product, design, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to explain technical trade-offs to business stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Strong organizational instincts: clarity under ambiguity, structure in complexity, momentum in multi-team environments.

First-Class Amenities

  • Regular employment contract
  • Equity in Series D startup with high growth potential
  • Flexible working hours
  • Complimentary Breakfast/Lunch (in-office)
  • Sports card
  • Medical care
  • Life Insurance
