Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

As the Senior People Ops Analyst with a strong focus on the HRIS/People Technology area, you will play a key role in shaping the digital employee experience across our global team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity, scalability, and usability of our HR Applications landscape while supporting seamless employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries.

You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, People Operations, Finance, PBPs, and third-party technology partners to ensure our HR systems are reliable, well-integrated, and optimized to support long-term operational excellence. You’ll also provide the business with actionable insights through analytics, dashboards, and meaningful data-driven feedback.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

  • Support building the strategy, administration, and ongoing evolution of global HR applications, ensuring systems are configured, maintained, and optimized to support HR programs, workflows, and local compliance needs.
  • Participate in HRIS transformation initiatives spanning HCM, time & attendance, knowledge base, ticketing systems, project management tools, and the development of automated integrations across our HR technology ecosystem.
  • Manage HRIS data governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across all People systems; oversee audits, documentation, and controls.
  • Drive HR process automation and system improvements, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and reduce manual touchpoints across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support and optimize integrations between HRIS, Payroll, ATS, Finance tools, and other internal platforms; troubleshoot issues and collaborate with vendors to ensure stable data flows.
  • Oversee system-enabled lifecycle processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, job changes, time & attendance, leave management), ensuring smooth coordination between employees, managers, Payroll, and People Ops Teams.
  • Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, including contract oversight, roadmap planning, performance monitoring, and system upgrades.
  • Support People Operations, act as an owner and a back up of various employee lifecycle processes and collaborate with Payroll on quality data handovers and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content, empowering teams and managers to use our tools effectively.
  • Identify system risks, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities, recommending enhancements that improve compliance, scalability, and user experience.

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HRIS, HR Applications and overall 5+ years of experience in People Operations
  • Strong experience operating in multi-country environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, HiBob, or similar platforms)
  • Proven experience supporting system implementations, process design, automation, and cross-functional systems projects.
  • A collaborative and open mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A naturally collaborative, open, and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present systems insights and recommendations at all levels.
  • Strong data analytics skills - Excel, Power BI, custom reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with security roles, permissions design, and HR data privacy requirements.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to wear multiple hats across the People Operations function, supporting employees, collaborating closely with colleagues, and contributing to an efficient, people-centered environment.
  • Ability to present findings, recommendations, and systems roadmaps to executive team members.
