HR Process Analyst (Contract)

The Opportunity
What you'll do:
- Maintain and update the list of ongoing and upcoming initiatives; ensure key projects are tracked and prioritized. Identify areas where processes are needed and design workflows from initiation to completion.
- Interview stakeholders to understand current state processes as well as requirements for the “to-be” future state. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify approval levels, and ensure all stakeholders are engaged.
- Drive process implementation by following up with responsible parties, completing documentation, and ensuring tasks are executed on time.
- Review existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.
Who you are:
- You are naturally inclined to find the simplest path between two points; people are amazed at your high level of efficiency.
- Internship or previous experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar operations role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities. Confident communicator who can ask questions, challenge assumptions, and map out complex processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a “doer” who gets things done.
- Comfortable working with large data sets, particularly in MS Excel; experience with other analytic tools including Tableau, Power BI, etc.is helpful but certainly not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment is essential.
