What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
- Join a highly successful team at an exciting time, through an incredible period of growth
- Assist in the administration of our Trade Mark database
- Assist Matter Partners and other fee earners with managing monthly billing procedures, cash collection and credit control processes
- File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices including, Lexcel, Code of Conduct, and anti-Money Laundering
- Responding to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:
- Experience of providing admin support with a genuine desire to work in an IP/Trade Mark team.
- A passion for learning, and the ability to take instruction/support in order to learn everything you need to know
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- You’ll share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
