Brand Design Associate
About the role:
We are hiring a Brand Design Associate to sit within our in-house Creative Team. Reporting to the Design Manager, this role will design cohesive brand experiences across all Forter touch points to support the marketing team’s campaigns, projects, and events. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of dynamic and creative projects, allowing you to build diverse brand design skills while contributing directly to Forter’s growth and success.
What you’ll be doing:
As the Brand Design Associate, you’ll work closely with the broader marketing team to bring Forter’s brand to life, creating polished, premium visuals across various channels. You will be responsible for:
- Event Design Support - Producing visual assets for Forter’s in-person and virtual events, including landing pages, email banners, social cards, roll-up banners, and other printed materials.
- Marketing Collateral - Designing core marketing materials like case studies, one-pagers, and product content that reflect our premium standards.
- Account Based Marketing Support - Partnering with the sales team to produce customized materials for key accounts, including web pages, print collateral, and presentation decks.
- Strategic Brand Initiatives - Working on strategic projects such as website refreshes, digital advertising campaigns, brand videos, the IMPACT conference, and more.
What you’ll need:
- 1-3 years of experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design, or a similar role with a strong portfolio in marketing and/or event design.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. Experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects or other video programs is a plus.
- A demonstrated understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
- A proven track record of time management, project prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
- Experience working within a collaborative environment, partnering closely with cross-functional teams across the business.
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all departments.
- A positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to experiment and learn new things.

At Forter, we have embraced a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. As part of this exciting approach, Team members are invited to work from the office at least 2 days per week. Salary Range: $72,000 - $89,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
