About the Role

The Showroom Sales Representative will be the face of Schumacher in our South Florida market—first representing us at our Dania Beach showroom, and later moving to our brand-new West Palm Beach flagship showroom opening Summer 2026.

This role is central to delivering a beautiful selling experience to the design community. The ideal candidate is a polished, sales-driven professional who thrives on converting opportunities into sales, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with teammates to achieve and exceed sales goals.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales & Maximize Conversion
    • Actively engage with both new and existing clients to uncover project needs and present tailored product solutions.
    • Focus on converting inquiries, quotes, and reserves into closed sales.
    • Proactively track open opportunities and follow up to secure commitments.
  • Build & Deepen Client Relationships
    • Establish Schumacher as a trusted partner for designers through consistent, high-quality interactions.
    • Maintain regular contact with top accounts and underperforming clients to maximize potential.
    • Deliver personalized service that encourages repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Proactive Outreach & Follow-Up
    • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to introduce new products, promotions, and showroom events.
    • Follow up diligently on all leads, quotes, and samples to move projects forward.
    • Share client insights, project leads, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and ensure no business is left on the table.
    • Use CRM tools and sales reports to manage follow-up schedules and track results.
  • Collaborative Sales Strategy
    • Work side-by-side with the Outside Account Executive assigned to your territory to ensure showroom and field sales efforts are fully aligned.
    • Develop and execute a joint sales strategy focused on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for the region.
    • Coordinate outreach efforts—leveraging both in-showroom interactions and field visits—to build a seamless client experience.
    • Participate in regular sales strategy sessions with your AE to track progress against goals, adjust tactics, and celebrate wins.
  • Showroom Representation
    • Maintain a welcoming, inspiring showroom environment that reflects the Schumacher brand.
    • Ensure product displays are well-merchandised, stocked, and ready for presentations.
    • Welcome clients into showroom willing to help guide them in design process with elevated level of service
  • Product Expertise
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of Schumacher collections to confidently educate and inspire clients.
    • Provide technical guidance on product use, application, and care.

 

You Have / Are

  • Proven sales success in a client-facing environment, ideally in luxury interiors or related industries.
  • Strong conversion skills—able to turn interest into sales through strategic follow-up and relationship building.
  • Exceptional communication—verbal, written, and interpersonal—with a polished, professional presence.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively to achieve team sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
  • Adaptable to change, able to manage multiple priorities, and energized by a fast-paced environment.
