About The Role
G2 is looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contract basis and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and guide candidates through a seamless interview process. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our team’s success by delivering high-quality hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience across diverse functional areas.
In This Role, You Will:
Sourcing, identifying, and selecting talent - 70%
- Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance for a variety of roles and teams.
- Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean searches, social media outreach, networking events, and talent communities, to build a diverse talent pipeline aligned with business needs and hard-to-fill roles.
- Moving candidates through the interview process: Guide candidates seamlessly through each stage of the interview process, ensuring timely communication, smooth transitions between interview rounds, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Closing candidates: Lead closing efforts with successful candidates, presenting competitive offers, addressing final questions, and managing negotiations to ensure a smooth and positive acceptance experience.
Advising the business (finance & hiring managers) on talent - 20%
- Work closely with finance to reconcile budget changes, etc
- Work closely with hiring managers and leaders to advise on leveling, available talent, etc
- Provide data and talk through pipeline with hiring managers and leadership
Other process improvements & responsibilities - 10%
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications:

- 4+ years recruiting in general
- Have had 3+ years of true talent partnering experience, having worked closely with hiring managers and finance teams in an in-house role
- Have hired successfully for a wide range of roles, including engineering, and sales
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Proficiency in Google Calendar
- Proficiency in Linkedin Recruiter
