
HR Operations Assistant

The HR Operations Assistant provides hands-on support for daily HR operational activities, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance with Saudi labour regulations, and effective use of government HR platforms. The role supports HR administration while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information.
This role reports to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Support HR operational tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files in accordance with firm policies.
- Prepare HR letters and documentation including employment certificates, contracts, and internal HR communications.
- Maintain HR systems and internal employee databases.
- Assist with HR government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Support visa processes, work permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Respond to employee HR queries and provide guidance on HR procedures and policies.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, orientation, and internal system setup.
- Assist in coordinating employee benefits, insurance, and HR administrative matters.
- Support recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and candidate tracking.
- Assist with HR reports and internal HR documentation.
- Organize HR initiatives such as training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee data, salary information, and personal records.

- Proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Native Arabic and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when required.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
- Experience working with Saudi HR government platforms preferred.
- Previous experience in professional services or a law firm environment is an advantage.
