Givens Communities, a nationally recognized non-profit senior life plan community, is looking for a Corporate Director of Marketing to join our Sales and Marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, this position will provide strategic leadership and direction for all marketing, branding, and communications initiatives across all Givens Communities locations and programs. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support occupancy, census and membership growth, enhance the organization’s brand reputation, and promote mission-driven messaging aligned with the organization’s values and goals.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support organizational growth and occupancy, census and membership goals across all Givens locations and programs
- Lead brand development, messaging, and positioning across all channels and service lines
- Monitor market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to adjust tactics accordingly
- Oversee graphic standards and digital marketing efforts including website content, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media
- Supervise and mentor team members, while overseeing relationships with agencies and consultants
- Champion the organization’s mission and story, enhancing community engagement and donor relationships
- Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive senior marketing leadership experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- Demonstrated success in multi-site marketing strategy and occupancy growth
- Experience leading digital marketing initiatives, analytics, and CRM platforms
- High level of comfortability to work in various software platforms such as Aline CRM, Birdseye ORM, Microsoft Office 365 and more
Compensation for this position is $110,000 - $115,000 per year, based on background and experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package
